2. Service Description
3diot.tech provides 3D printing services using a variety of materials, including but not limited to PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon, and engineering filaments. Our services include design review, printing, and delivery of custom 3D-printed products based on customer-provided designs.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Design Submission You are responsible for submitting accurate and complete design files for printing. All files must be in a compatible format as specified by 3diot.tech. You must ensure that your design does not violate any intellectual property rights, and you grant us the right to use, modify, and reproduce your design solely for the purpose of providing our services.
3.2 Design Review All designs submitted will go through a manual review process to ensure they meet our printing standards. We reserve the right to reject any design that we deem unprintable or inappropriate.
3.3 Design Security We take your privacy seriously and will protect your design files with industry-standard security measures. However, you are responsible for keeping backups of your designs. We are not liable for any loss of data.
4. User-Submitted 3D Models
4.1 Responsibility for Submitted Files By submitting a 3D model to 3diot.tech for printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use, modify, and print the design. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the file was obtained legally, that you have purchased the appropriate licenses, and that the design is intended for 3D printing.
4.2 Prohibited Content You must not submit files that are illegal, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or violate any agreements or terms of service from the original creator or distributor of the design. This includes, but is not limited to, files obtained through piracy, files that were not meant for 3D printing, and files that have been modified in violation of the original creator's terms.
4.3 Liability Disclaimer 3diot.tech is not responsible for verifying the ownership, legality, or appropriate usage rights of the 3D models submitted by users. You are solely responsible for the legality and ethical use of the designs you submit. In the event that a submitted design is found to be illegal, pirated, or in violation of any intellectual property rights, 3diot.tech disclaims all liability and will cooperate with legal authorities as required by law.
4.4 Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3diot.tech, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from the printing of a 3D model that you have submitted. This includes any claims related to intellectual property infringement, illegal use, or unauthorized modifications of the design.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing All prices for our services are listed on our website or will be provided in a custom quote. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5.2 Payment Payment for services must be made in full before the printing process begins. We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website.
6. Production and Delivery
6.1 Production Time We strive to deliver your prints as quickly as possible. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the current workload. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
6.2 Delivery We will ship your 3D prints to the address provided during the order process. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery details.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Cancellations Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order before production begins, please contact us immediately.
7.2 Refunds Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, refunds are only provided if there is a defect in the product that is attributable to our services. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the designs you submit. By submitting a design to us, you grant 3diot.tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and reproduce the design solely for the purpose of providing our services.
10. Limitations of Liability
3diot.tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
11. Warranties
We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that the results will be error-free.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
